President Muhammadu Buhari has extended his vacation in the United Kingdom for medical reasons.
According to his spokesman, Mr. Femi Adesina, Mr. President wrote the National Assembly of his intention to extend his vacation to enable him complete some series of tests as advised by his doctor.
Adesina said that Buhari wrote the National Assembly “today, February 5, informing of his desire to extend his leave in order to complete and receive the results of a series of tests recommended by his doctors.”
Mr. Buhari was suppose to return today from his 10 days vacation which was to expire tomorrow 6 February but however extended it indefinitely.
